My order was mostly right, but one of the items wasn’t what I had asked for. Not a huge deal, but it just felt..

I ordered a couple of records from the site the other night because they were showing as in stock, and I’d been meaning to grab them for a while anyway. The next day I got an email saying one of them actually wasn’t available, which was annoying, especially since I’d already checked out thinking everything was good. To be fair, they refunded that one without any hassle, and the other record showed up fine and was packaged well. I just wish the stock info was a little more accurate before you get to the point of placing the order.

The records showed up really well packed, with no corner dings or crushed sleeves or anything. It took me forever to get everything unwrapped, though maybe I’m just weirdly impatient with packaging. Still, if that’s the only thing I can complain about, I guess that’s a good problem to have.

I was kind of surprised right away. I put the record on and it was flat, quiet, and had no pops or weird background noise at all. Just a really solid pressing, way better than I expected

I was actually keen to grab a couple of records from thevinylstore.com, but I ended up backing out at checkout. It wasn’t difficult to use or anything, I just regretted getting that far and realizing the payment options didn’t really suit me. I usually prefer PayPal or pay-later options, and I couldn’t find what I was hoping for. Bit of a shame, because I probably would’ve gone through with the order if there were a few more payment choices.

Getting my refund sorted was such a pain. The replies took forever, and I had to keep chasing them like that’s just what you always have to do with companies once they’ve got your money. It really felt like nobody was in any rush to help. After this, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Got my order last week i kind of assumed it would be decent, but the sound quality is actually really good. No crackling, no weird background noise, just clean and warm. I’ve been playing it a ton already, so yeah, happy with it.

The prices seemed fair to me... not the absolute cheapest around, but still reasonable for what you get.

I ordered from Thevinylstore thinking it would be a bit of a treat, but i ended up feeling disappointed. The price was already on the higher side, and once shipping was added, it felt like way too much for what actually arrived.
The vinyl itself was fine, but nothing that stood out to me, especially compared to similar stuff I’ve bought elsewhere for less. For the total cost, I expected a better overall experience, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came down a lot.

so... I ordered from thevinylstore.com.au and ended up needing to message customer service about my order. They did get back to me and were helpful enough once they replied, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just think their response times could be better. Overall, it was okay, just not amazing.

The record arrived pretty much exactly as it was graded, which I really appreciated. I gave it a good look and a quick listen, and overall it matched the description well. There was a little bit of wear on the sleeve, nothing too surprising or out of line, and it was about what I expected for the condition listed. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like the grading was fair.
